THE MARLEE - LET IT FLOW

About The Marlee

With luxurious features, warm tones and an abundance of natural light, the Marlee embodies the laidback sophistication of a classic Coast home.

Whilst paying homage to its surrounds through earthy tones and organic materials, playful textures and feminine curves bring a welcome softness to the home’s contemporary design.

The curve motif flows through the Marlee, with porthole windows, winding walls and curved cabinetry creating subtle synergy and adding an element of elegance throughout.

The central staircase guides you up to the star of the show; the spacious upstairs kitchen, living and balcony area. Ideal for entertaining, it’s the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and watch the sun set over the Canning River.

Words from our managing director

Welcome to the Marlee. Set in a beautiful part of our city overlooking Shelley foreshore and across to the Canning River, our team has created another stunning home that is a true standout on the street. A luxurious home that feels unmistakably Coast, one which you will instantly feel at home. Built for all stages of life, this family home was designed with multigenerational living in mind. With a large balcony that can accommodate whole family gatherings, you can imagine celebrating your new river lifestyle in luxury. We look forward to seeing you at the Marlee!”

– Dean Harris, Managing Director

Words from our Principal Designer

“The context of the site being a north-facing, riverfront property dictated the main living area to be upstairs, facing the views and winter sun. The intention of the design was to guide people upward, where the home opens up to its primary outlook and creates a sense of arrival. To achieve this, we incorporated a few subtle architectural cues, including ground floor passages to private zones having slightly lowered ceilings, a view of the stairs as soon as you come through the front door, and plenty of light coming through the stair void.”

– Scott Richardson, Principal Designer
